For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding he stores up sound wisdom for the upright; he is a shield to those who walk in integrity, guiding the paths of justice and watching over the way of his saints. Then you will understand righteousness and justice and equity, every good path; for wisdom will come into your heart, and knowledge will be pleasant to your soul; discretion will watch over you, understand guard you. No Condemnation

Psalm 103:10-12
He does not deal with us according to our iniquities For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his steadfast love toward those who fear him; as far as the east is from west, so far dose he remove our transgressions from us.

2 Corinthians 12:9
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.

Confession

I confess that God has blotted out my transgressions for his sake. That it is not by my works, but by the grace of God that my salvation is given and my sonship I granted. I confess that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus and I am in christ by the grace of God and the acceptance of Jesus as my Lord and Savior. I know that Satan wants to keep me from God, and one way he tries to do that is though bringing up things I have done. I am choosing to set my mind on God and remember that there is no condimnation for those in christ. If I feel condemnation I can be assured that that is not from the sprit of God. I am choosing to focus on the grace of God that is made perfected in my weakness.

Prayer

Heavenly Father thank you for not giving up on me. Thank you for reminding me that you blot out my transgressions for your sake. Thank you for your stedfast love and kindness.

Awaken my Ear

The Lord God has given me the tongue of those who are taught that I may know how to sustain with a word him who is weary. Morning by morning he awakens; he awakens my ear to hear as those who are taught. The Lord God has opened my ear, I was not rebellious; I turned not backward. Isaiah 50:4-5

Working on a declaration of faith

First draft: I declare I am a child of the one true living God. That Jesus Christ is my lord and savior and through his sacrifice I can approach the living God with full assurance of his acceptance and love for me. I declare that through my weakness Gods Grace is perfected. I declare that I do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. I will not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of my mind through Gods word.
